I bring founders together for life-changing adventure trips. I partner with top guides and adventure outfits, take care of all of the logistics and participate in the adventure. In the evenings, I will lead you through activities that will help you get to know each other and yourselves better. You will return from the adventure with renewed energy, focus, clarity and new lifelong friends.

Yosemite Backpacking Adventure
I’ve partnered with Lifetime Adventures to offer a multi-day backpacking trip through some of the most iconic and remote parts of the park. Over four days, we’ll hike from the high country at Tuolumne Meadows, across alpine passes, and down into Yosemite Valley. Each day will cover 7–10 miles with full packs, with highlights including sunrise on Cathedral Peak, panoramic views from Clouds Rest, and camping under the stars near pristine alpine lakes. Guides will handle permits, backcountry navigation, meals, and safety, while we’ll carry only our personal gear. The trip will balance physical challenge with time to connect, reflect, and take in one of the most spectacular backdrops in the Sierra.

Snowcat Skiing and Backcountry Adventure
I’ve partnered with High Sierra Snowcat and Yurt - they offer a unique experience, different from any other backcountry cat skiing operation.
Their yurts are situated in the remote Virginia Lakes area with prime access to great skiing and riding in our backyard. To get to the yurts, they shuttle us and our gear with their snowcats. Ski guiding, meals and snacks, and yurt lodging are all included. See tour description here

Yosemite Backpacking Adventure (Glacier Point to Half Dome)
I’ve partnered with Lifetime Adventures to offer a 4-day backpacking trip through some of the most iconic and remote parts of the park. We will begin the adventure at Glacier Point (Yosemite's number one attraction) with panoramic views of the Sierra Nevada high country. We will quickly lose the crowds by descending into the Illilouette Valley and setting up camp along the creek. On Day three, we will hike around the base of Mt. Starr King to Little Yosemite Valley, passing by the precipice of Nevada Fall along the way. If we are unable to summit Half Dome this afternoon for a sunset; we will do it at sunrise the next morning. Then we will return to Yosemite Valley along the famous Mist Trail. Spend time with awesome founders and do some coaching exercises along the way!
